  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels intact.

  • You are allowed to try on items, but wearing them is not permitted.

  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning some items is not allowed.

2. Return Process

  2. You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

  3. Ship the item back at your own cost, including any customs or shipping fees.

  4. We recommend always using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return can be monitored.

Please note: We cannot be held responsible for lost packages if the tracking information shows the item was delivered.


3. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected to confirm it meets the return conditions:

  • The purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 14 days.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take additional days to appear on your account statement.


4. Responsibility

  • If the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

  • Providing an incorrect shipping address is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
